 WEBINAR OVERVIEW

“No battle was ever won according to plan, but no battle was ever won without one” Dwight D. Eisenhower

Organisations (profit and non-profit) need strategy today more than ever before, the variety, magnitude, and speed of the forces of change influencing the environments we operate in are too strong to leave ourselves for chances.

It follows that every organization needs a strategy and equally important and extremely critical is to have disciplined and excellent execution. The higher the quality of your execution the more you can get out of your strategy.

But research and field surveys reflect a fact that the majority of organizations are struggling with execution. In this webinar, we will demonstrate a model and an organizational structure which leverages the power of the Office of Strategy Management(OSM) with the power of the PMO and other organizational support units to achieve the maximum value in Strategy execution and realize the organization’s vision. The webinar is built from a combination of expert knowledge and research to bridge existing concepts.
