Martin is a Subject Matter Expert in risk management and has been working right across the space of operational risk for twenty years.
He has experience with Basel II, loss incident data, scenario analysis, control assessment as well as the Advanced Measurement Approaches to operational risk capital calculations. Martin has worked with banks from Australia, right through the emerging markets Asia and into the gulf. Away from the banking sector he has deep experience developing risk frameworks for manufacutring companies that are enterprise wide.
Martin develops risk reporting dashboards and is skilled in building analytics systems for measuring this risk and in this program he will show attendees how to design an interactive heat map, how to assess leading factors that potentially drive loss using Bayesian Networks and Discriminant Analysis. All of the models Martin develops during the workshop will be open and can be applied in the workplace by attendees after the masterclass is completed.
